Job summary

Global Professional Consultants requires a Senior Electrical Design Engineer with 7+ years of electrical building services experience to join a leading multinational M&E design consultancy with offices across Europe. The role offers hybrid working and exposure to high-profile projects in commercial, healthcare, education, historic, leisure and residential sectors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical/Building Services Engineering.
Chartered Engineer or working towards chartership with relevant membership.
7+ years of experience in electrical building services design.
Proficient in Dialux, Amtech / Electrical OM, Revit and CAD.
Broad knowledge of building services systems.
Interest in sustainable design and renewable energy.
Experience as a Senior Electrical Design Engineer in a consultancy.
Salary €70k to €80k DOE.

Responsibilities

Lead building services design of high-profile projects across sectors.
Provide expertise in passive design, renewable energy, and sustainable technologies.
Utilise industry-standard design tools, including IES, CAD, and Revit for project delivery and development.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to clients, teams, and stakeholders.
Oversee project delivery to ensure high-quality, innovative outcomes.
Collaborate with architects and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate designs and resolve complex technical challenges.
