Job summary

RT.Lane is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to lead the development, implementation and ongoing management of the company’s Health & Safety function. You will embed a robust Health & Safety Management System, policies and training, while ensuring compliance with Irish legislation and SEAI requirements.

The role includes leading risk assessments, audits, and continuous safety improvements across retrofit projects and offices.

Qualifications

• Senior-level Health & Safety role requiring strong leadership and guidance across multiple teams.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing Health & Safety Management Systems and procedures.
• Extensive knowledge of Irish Health & Safety legislation and SEAI requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of Health & Safety strategy and policies.
• Maintain Health & Safety Management System across offices and retrofit projects.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and incident investigations with corrective actions.
• Develop and monitor H&S KPIs and reporting for management.
