Job summary

A health and safety consultancy is seeking a Senior HSE Manager to oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance for key client accounts in Dublin. The role requires at least 5 years of experience in a senior HSE position and a solid understanding of health and safety legislation. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, conducting risk assessments, and developing safety policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, along with a relevant qualification in Occupational Health and Safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a senior HSE role.
• Chartered Membership of IOSH (CMIOSH) or working towards same (desirable).
• Full clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Act as the appointed Senior HSE lead for key clients in the Dublin / Leinster region.
• Develop, review, and update health and safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits.
• Create and implement health and safety training programs.
