• Experience leading EHS strategy implementation across construction.
• Strong knowledge of legislation and company standards.
• Proven ability to conduct site audits and inspections.
• Ability to mentor EHS Advisors.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and continuous improvement of EHS strategies across construction activities.
• Develop and maintain Safety Management Systems in line with legislation.
• Conduct site visits across Ireland and Europe with audits and inspections.
• Provide expert EHS guidance to senior management and project teams.
• Monitor EHS performance via KPIs and reporting.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Coordinate EHS training programmes for compliance.
• Build relationships with internal teams, clients and contractors.
• Mentor EHS Advisors and support professional development.
• Contribute to strategic business growth.
