Coyle Group is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join a leading specialist mechanical engineering contractor and drive high standards of environmental, health and safety across construction operations in Ireland.

Reporting to the Group HSEQ Director and Managing Director, you will lead policy development, implement systems, conduct audits across Ireland and Europe, and mentor EHS Advisors to strengthen a proactive safety culture.

• Monitor EHS performance via KPIs and reporting, driving improvement.
• Lead EHS incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Coordinate EHS training to ensure regulatory compliance and awareness.
• Mentor EHS Advisors and foster high performance.

We are seeking an experiencedEHS Managerto join a leading specialist mechanical engineering contractor and play a key role in driving high standards of environmental, health and safety performance across construction operations.

Reporting to theGroup HSEQ Director and Managing Director, you will lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of EHS policies, systems and processes, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in compliance with all relevant legislation and company standards.

This is a senior role involving close collaboration with senior management, project teams and EHS personnel to promote a strong safety culture and support continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of EHS strategies across construction activities.
