What Youll Be Doing Lead and manage day-to-day engineering activities on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, accurately and to programme. Carry out and overseeaccuratesite setting-out using Total Station,GPSand other relevant equipment. Manage site teams and subcontractors, coordinating work activities and ensuring quality standards are achieved. Review, interpret and work from drawings,specificationsand technical information. Liaise with clients, stakeholders,designersand project teams to resolve technical queries and support effective delivery. Attend site meetings and provide clear updates on progress, issues,risksand required actions. Prepare andmaintainaccuratesite paperwork, records,reportsand progress documentation. Monitor compliance with company quality, environmental and Health & Safety procedures. What Were Looking For A minimum of 4 years experience in a site engineering role, ideally within utilities, civilengineeringor public realm projects. A degree in Civil Engineering, ConstructionManagementor a related discipline. Strong setting-out experience using GPS, TotalStationand associated site equipment. Proven ability to manage site operations,subcontractorsand competing priorities in a busy project environment. Confident communicator with experience dealing with clients, stakeholders,designersand wider project teams. Strong paperwork,reportingand record-keeping skills with excellent attention to detail.
