Job summary

Shareridge, a fast-growing civil engineering company in Ireland, seeks a Senior Engineer to join our utilities and public realm projects in Limerick. You’ll lead on-site activities, ensure safe, accurate delivery, and coordinate with clients and design teams.

This role requires 4+ years in site engineering, a Civil Engineering degree, and setting-out skills with GPS and Total Station. You’ll manage subcontractors, interpret drawings, prepare reports and drive project delivery with strong

• 4+ years in site engineering or similar on civil/public realm projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors and clients
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specs
• Proficient with standard IT tools and site reporting

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site activities and ensure safe, on-time delivery
• Carry out site setting-out using GPS and Total Station
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate work packages
• Review drawings and technical information to support delivery
• Prepare and maintain site paperwork, records and progress reports
• Liaise with clients and design teams to resolve technical queries
• Monitor quality, environmental, and H&S procedures on site
