Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record as a senior technology delivery leader overseeing large-scale, long-term programmes.
• Background in software engineering, technology delivery or solution architecture with strategic leadership.

Responsibilities

• Take accountability for successful end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology programmes and client outcomes.
• Establish clear expectations with clients and internal teams, ensuring transparency and delivery standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, design, development and technology teams to bridge business and technical needs.
