Job summary

Bausch & Lomb is seeking a Senior Director, Planning Transformation to lead end-to-end planning across demand, supply, inventory, S&OE and IBP. The role is global, potentially based in Ireland, Amsterdam or the US, and requires coordinating a diverse network of partners and sites.

The successful candidate will drive standard global planning processes, governance and capability development, while owning the Planning COE and data stewardship to enable a unified planning platform.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive supply chain experience with senior leadership.
• Proven leadership of multi-year planning transformation programs.
• Experience with end-to-end planning, IBP and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the Planning Transformation roadmap, priorities, value case and milestones.
• Deploy global planning processes, governance, roles and escalation paths across units.
• Own the planning solution landscape and ensure the target operating model is enabled.
• Establish baselines, outcome measures and value tracking tied to service, inventory, cost and revenue.
• Design the Planning COE mandate, governance, analytics, training and maturity.
• Own the Supply Chain Item Master Data domain with governance and data quality.
• Partner with IT, Data and AI leaders for trusted planning data foundations.
• Lead stakeholder alignment, capability building and adoption across leaders and planners.
• Direct internal teams and external partners with quality and knowledge transfer.
• Attract, develop and lead a high-performing global Planning team.
