Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a high-performing Senior Director, Planning Transformation to translate the enterprise planning vision into an integrated roadmap and measurable outcomes. This global role leads end-to-end planning capabilities across demand, supply, inventory, S&OE and IBP, with a Centre of Excellence and cross-functional governance.

Based in Ireland, Amsterdam or the US, the role directs a global team, partners with IT and Data, and requires travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, management, or related discipline.
• 12+ years of progressive supply chain experience.
• Proven record leading multi-year planning transformations.
• Deep functional experience across demand, supply, inventory, S&OE and IBP.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap, priorities, value case and executive reporting for Planning Transformation.
• Define and deploy global planning processes, governance and escalation paths.
• Own requirements and design authority for the planning solution landscape.
• Establish baselines, outcome measures and value tracking linked to service, inventory, cost, productivity and revenue.
• Lead a global Planning COE and governance with standards, analytics and training.
