Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is recruiting a Manager, Execution Planner to support the end-to-end supply planning process for external manufacturing and internal sites in Ireland. You will align with demand, interact with global teams, and drive efficient execution of plans across Drug Substance, Drug Product and Finished Goods.

You will use ERP tools (SAP, Kinaxis, Tableau/Power BI) to propagate demand, monitor risks, and report on KPI metrics, contributing to continuous improvement and inventory

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years of experience in supply chain management.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Rapid Response) and related data analysis tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Base understanding of regulatory requirements in pharma (cGMP, FDA, EMA).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage supply plans for materials related to product portfolios.
• Coordinate with internal and external manufacturing sites to balance service with efficiency.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure POs for drug substances/products meet demand.
• Engage with global and local supply chain teams and stakeholders for continuity of supply.
