Qualifications

• Direct team/people management experience essential.
• Bachelor's degree required; APICS certification an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years supply chain experience.
• ERP system experience and knowledge of all inventory and sales order processing transactions.
• Ability to manage supply chain operations in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Experience with cGMP pharmaceutical packaging and labeling.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Experience in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end global network of external manufacturers and GEM team.
• Lead supplier management across regions and optimize supply chain strategy.
• Manage artwork group for product label changes to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead a 24-person team interfacing with 100+ distributors and suppliers.
• Implement scorecards and KPIs to measure forecast, inventory, and service levels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally in demand and supply reviews and resolve issues.
