Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Logistics Network & Orchestration to lead capabilities connecting processes, events, data flows, and partners across the Innovative Medicine Logistics network. You will leverage a standardized SAP S/4HANA platform to drive end-to-end inventory visibility and reduce operational risk.

You will collaborate with global Supply Chain experts and external partners to design scalable, reusable processes and integration patterns, delivering measurable value

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, engineering, business, technology, or a related field is required.
• Certifications in areas such as Project Management, Supply Chain, Process Excellence, Product Management, or Design Thinking are a plus.

Mansioni

• Own and evolve the Global Logistics Network & Orchestration Template, including its standards, controls, roadmap, and lifecycle, to enable fit-to-standard, clean-core adoption and scalable growth.
• Ensure key processes and capabilities are integrated into the global template, designed and documented end to end, and deployed within program scope and timelines.
• Navigate design gaps and cross-domain dependencies, shape capability and release priorities, and bring forward clear recommendations on material trade-offs.
• Drive measurable enterprise value by establishing clear outcomes, monitoring adoption and performance, surfacing risks and decisions early, and mobilizing business and technology partners around corrective action and continuous improvement.
