Mars Ireland is seeking a Sr Director, Enterprise Growth Partnership Strategy & Enablement to orchestrate the Enterprise Growth Partnership strategy within the Mars Marketing Leadership Council and drive AI-enabled marketing transformation across segments.

You will lead the evolution to One Mars Planning, align partners and internal teams, and define priority use cases, roadmaps, adoption models, and governance with the AI Governance SteerCo to ensure scalable and responsible outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Digital Marketing, Partnerships, and AI-enabled marketing.
• Strategic project management across matrixed organizations.
• Ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders.
• Proven Joint Business Partnerships (JBPs) with global platforms and agencies.

Responsabilités

• Lead and orchestrate the Joint Business Partnerships program for the Mars Inc enterprise.
• Drive evolution to a One Mars Planning model with enterprise-wide alignment.
• Coordinate inputs across segments, capabilities, governance, and partners to ensure momentum.
• Define priority value pools, use cases, roadmaps, adoption models, and partner activation.
