Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior Strategic Advisor based in Ireland to drive commercial transformation for leading CPG clients. You will translate complex commercial challenges into actionable strategies, focusing on pricing, TPM, and RGM, while collaborating with analytics and implementation teams to deliver tangible value.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of relevant management consulting or RGM/TPM leadership in the CPG industry.
• Proven ability to manage complex, high-value client engagements and strategic partnerships.
• Experience building relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in CPG commercial analytics, pricing strategies, TPM, and RGM.
• Experience translating business opportunities into measurable financial outcomes.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Leadership and mentoring experience for junior consultants is an advantage.
• Comfortable operating in international, fast-paced, technology-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic advisory engagements with major CPG clients and senior executives.
• Identify commercial objectives across RGM and TPM, including pricing and promotional ROI.
• Translate challenges into platform requirements and actionable implementation recommendations.
• Facilitate market discovery sessions to align tech deployment with commercial strategies.
• Challenge and validate solutions to ensure real business value.
• Design client-specific training programs using real market data.
• Develop methodologies, use cases, and best practices for adoption and value realization.
• Lead client-focused sprints from analytics to measurable revenue growth.
• Structure 12–24 month value-extraction roadmaps and track impact.
• Coach and support junior consultants to grow consulting capabilities.
