Job summary

The Citco Group Limited is seeking an experienced professional to support automation and digital workflow initiatives within Strategic Operations. You will map processes, design streamlined workflows, draft requirements, and test solutions to improve efficiency in private assets accounting and operations.

You will work across pods to implement automation, track benefits and ensure adoption, while collaborating with IT, Transformation Office and client-facing teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in private assets accounting or operations with exposure to automation or process improvement.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interrogate data to support recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Identify, build and deploy automation and digital workflow solutions.
• Map candidate processes in detail and quantify manual effort.
• Design target workflows including exception handling and controls.
• Draft requirements and supporting documentation for IT review.
• Create and execute test scripts, run UAT, and track defects.
• Support deployment including user guidance and training materials.
• Track usage and benefits post go-live and ensure adoption.
