Job summary

Citco is seeking an experienced Automation & Digital Workflow specialist to join the Strategic Operations team in Dublin. You will define and deliver automation projects from opportunity to deployment, measuring benefits and aligning with IT and Transformation Office collaborators.

The role requires 8+ years in private assets accounting or operations, with hands-on automation or process-improvement experience and strong Excel and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of private assets accounting or operations experience with automation exposure.
• Hands-on experience deploying automation, workflow design, or process improvement.
• Ability to communicate clearly with operations and technology partners.

Responsibilities

• Identify processes suitable for automation or AI and quantify opportunities.
• Design target workflows including exception handling and controls.
• Write and agree requirements with IT and Transformation Office and support builds.
• Plan and execute testing (including UAT) and manage defect resolution.
• Deploy automation solutions and verify proper usage in business.
• Measure realised benefits against the original business case.
• Collaborate with pods where automation needs process redesign or data capability.
• Produce project documentation, status reporting and ad hoc analysis.
