• Proven track record as a Digital Product Manager or Senior Product Owner in financial services.
• Strong capability to define and own product roadmaps and prioritisation.
• Experience using data and KPIs to drive product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver product strategy, vision and roadmap for digital servicing and client engagement.
• Prioritise initiatives based on client needs, business value and technical feasibility.
• Drive adoption of digital servicing and self-service capabilities.
• Lead lifecycle management from discovery to delivery and optimization.
• Collaborate with Technology, Design, Operations, Service and regional teams.
• Define and monitor KPIs such as adoption, usage, satisfaction and query reduction.
