Job summary

Accenture Ireland, within the Song Design & Digital Projects team, seeks a Digital Business Analyst to drive digital product design across apps, websites and CRM projects. You will gather requirements, shape customer experiences and deliver value through collaborative cross-functional work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of working on customer/digital projects from vision through to delivery.
• Experience delivering Web, Mobile and eCommerce projects on leading platforms.
• Experience with customer/digital design projects with UX/UI teams.
• Experience running workshops to capture business and technical requirements.
• Experience using AI tools to shape and refine requirements.
• Experience with AI-native engineering practices and major AI providers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead business requirements workshops with stakeholders.
• Create detailed business requirements for customer experiences.
• Develop and validate business cases with value identification.
• Capture insights from stakeholder interviews to shape product features.
• Support clients on feature prioritisation and backlog grooming.
• Create user stories and maintain product backlog.
• Apply design thinking and agile methods to deliver benefits.
• Own projects end-to-end and remove obstacles to deliver results.
• Coordinate multi-team efforts across locations and disciplines.
