Job summary

Accenture Ireland is seeking an AI Native Digital Architect to lead the design of AI-powered, cloud-native digital products in Dublin. You will shape strategy and architectures, collaborate with business and technology teams, and drive outcomes across channels with personalization and AI-driven capabilities.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in software engineering & architecture with focus on customer digital products.
• Experience in digital product architecture & delivery using cloud-native architectures.
• Experience in AI Native engineering practices and AI agents with familiarity of leading AI providers (e.g. Anthropic, Google, OpenAI).
• Strong understanding of front-end & full-stack technologies (e.g. React, React Native, API, Data) used to support intelligent digital products.

Responsibilities

• Digital Architecture Advisory to senior IT and business leaders, shaping digital, channel & AI technology strategies and architectures.
• Translate digital strategies into product and platform architectures and support the development of transformation roadmaps.
• Lead modern engineering teams to build world-class digital products harnessing AI across the development lifecycle.
• Partner with stakeholders to frame problems, align priorities and translate needs into modern digital architectures.

As aseniordigital enterprise architect,you will:

• Digital Architecture Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior IT and business leaders, shaping digital, channel & AItechnology strategies and architectures.
• Transformation Planning: Translate digital strategies into product and platform architectures and support the development of transformation roadmaps.
• Product Orchestration: Partner with business and technical stakeholders to frame problems, align priorities and translate needs intomodern digital architectures that enable personalisation, AI-drivenassistance, content optimisation, and intelligent cross-channel engagement.
• Agentic Engineering: Lead modern engineering teams to build world class digital products helping teams to harness the power of AI across the development lifecycle.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for experience in the following:

• Deepexpertisein software engineering& architecturewith proven experience in senior technology roles, with a strong focus oncustomerdigitalproducts.
• Proven experience in both digital product architecture & delivery including:
• Delivery of world class digital productusing cloud native architectures & modern engineering approaches
• Experience in AI Native engineering practices creating enterprise ready AI agents with familiarity of leading AI providers (e.g. Anthropic, Google, OpenAI etc)
• Deep understanding of front-end & full-stack technologies (e.g. React, React Native, API, Data) used to support intelligent digital products.
• Deep understanding of leading digitalcloud native platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP, Salesforce etc).
• Experience of using and integrating with CRM, DXP & CMS over headless API architectures to support intelligent decision making and personalisation capabilities.

Set yourself apart:

• Industry recognition and/or presence for digital product delivery.
• Experience in designing architecture and delivering AI solutions to support digital products.
• Advanced modern engineering approaches to product development (SRE,DevSecOps, AI for SDLC).
• Proven history of leading teams within scaled product & agile delivery programmes.

Academic Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with MBA or Masters preferred
