Accenture Ireland Song Design & Digital Products is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to drive digital product design and deliver leading customer experiences across app, website, and CRM projects. You will gather requirements, shape UX through to delivery, and work with cross-functional teams.

With 4+ years of experience, you will mentor colleagues, run workshops, and apply agile methods to ensure timely value. This role is based in Dublin and offers a dynamic, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years delivering digital projects from vision to delivery.
• Experience in Web, Mobile and eCommerce projects on leading platforms.
• Experience collaborating with Service, UX/UI designers, front-end developers, data engineers and digital marketers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead business requirements workshops and write requirements.
• Create detailed business requirements to inform experience design and development teams.
• Build business cases with value identification and measurement.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to capture insights and requirements.
• Support product owners on feature prioritisation.
• Create user stories and maintain product backlog.
