Job summary

MHL Hotel Collection is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Executive in Dublin to drive day-to-day digital marketing activities for a cluster of hotels. You will work with the Group Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and report campaigns, manage budgets, and oversee PPC/SEO strategies across our Dublin-area properties.

• Minimum of 3 years digital marketing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven record in delivering effective marketing campaigns and driving commercial and brand performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing the digital marketing strategy for each hotel in the cluster.
• Create and cost digital marketing budgets per hotel and measure results vs KPI’s.
• Own the annual media plans for the hotels and reconcile plans monthly.
• Maintain hotel websites with updated imagery, content, and copy.
• Manage relationships with hotel leadership to build marketing plans.
• Collaborate with Group Digital Marketing Manager and external partners on PPC, SEO, Display and report performance.
• Lead key marketing projects such as brand positioning or new website builds as needed.
• Identify and lead marketing activities beyond always-on ecommerce and run brand campaigns.
• Coordinate with hotel teams on planning, changes, and performance reporting.
