onsemi is seeking a seasoned Digital Architect to join its IP Center of Excellence. The role focuses on developing RTL for digital and mixed-signal IP, including PMU/CMU platforms, across automotive, industrial, and medical products.

You will work with a world-class team on scalable, reusable IP while driving power and timing performance. The candidate will lead digital design architecture, low-power strategies, and verification, collaborating with global teams and influencing project milestones

Qualifikationen

• End-to-end digital design flow understanding and collaboration with analog/digital teams.
• RTL design, CDC, ASIC synthesis, timing analysis, UPF, ATPG.

Aufgaben

• Develop RTL and control logic for digital IPs and mixed-signal subsystems.
• Architect digital control systems for reusable IP blocks.
• Collaborate with system architects, verification, and design teams across locations.
