Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in Electronic or Computer Engineering with 10+ years in Digital IC design.
• Deep DSP knowledge including FFT and spectral analysis.
• Experience translating DSP algorithms to embedded software, FPGA, or ASIC.
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Define design requirements and microarchitectures for digital IPs in automotive MCUs.
• Design and develop RTL and UPF; apply AI for design exploration where possible.
• Analyze workloads to find performance and power bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with Architects to assess feasibility and refine concepts.
• Ensure design quality using Synthesis, Lint, CDC, RDC, DFT, STA.
• Mentor junior designers and collaborate in a geographically dispersed team.
