Job summary

FindingVega is seeking a senior, org-wide technical leader to set the long-term direction for cloud, platform and DevOps across the business, acting as the go-to authority on AWS architecture, Kubernetes strategy and platform design.

You will lead cross-team initiatives to improve reliability, scalability, security and delivery efficiency, establish engineering standards, and partner with Engineering & Product leadership to align platform strategy with the wider business.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in DevOps/Platform engineering with leadership experience.
• Expert working knowledge of Kubernetes (K8s).
• Practical agentic AI experience, ideally across an organisation.

Responsibilities
