Qualifications

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior Design Manager to lead the design and delivery of complex construction projects in Europe.

This position suits a senior architectural, engineering, or design professional who has worked with multidisciplinary teams and a variety of clients on technically demanding projects. You will oversee projects from early design development through construction, coordinating internal teams, external consultants, clients and contractors.

The role combines design leadership, project management, client engagement and construction-stage coordination. A strong understanding of how architectural concepts are developed into coordinated, buildable and commercially viable solutions is essential.

You will be comfortable operating at senior level while remaining closely involved in project delivery.

Experience & Background

We are particularly interested in candidates with:

• Approximately 10+ years of professional experience within the construction industry.
• A strong understanding of the complete project lifecycle, from concept and design development through construction and completion.
• Experience working on high-technology, industrial, manufacturing, process-led or similarly technically demanding facilities.

Remuneration / 80k - 120k EUR

A competitive salary package will be offered, with compensation determined by the successful candidate’s experience, technical background, and level of responsibility.
