Job summary

Our client, an esteemed architectural practice, seeks a Senior Design Manager to lead design and delivery of complex projects across Europe, overseeing design development through construction with multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires about 10+ years in construction/architecture, strong lifecycle understanding, and the ability to coordinate internal teams, consultants, clients and contractors to deliver buildable, commercially viable solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in the construction industry.
• Experience with high-technology, industrial, manufacturing, or similar technically demanding facilities.
• Understanding of complete project lifecycle from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of complex construction projects in Europe.
• Coordinate internal teams, external consultants, clients and contractors.
• Ensure designs are buildable, coordinated, and commercially viable.
