Job summary

MSD in Ballydine, Ireland, invites a Senior Digital and Data Quality Specialist to join the global DDQ team. You will assess, validate, and oversee computerized systems used in GMP processes, ensuring data integrity and inspection readiness while supporting manufacturing, labs, and logistics.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years delivering validated IT solutions within pharma, strong analytical and project management skills, and familiarity with regulatory frameworks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• At least five years delivering validated IT solutions or supporting applications.
• Strong understanding of pharma regulations (FDA/EU/ICH).
• Experience implementing quality systems in pharma, lab, or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality oversight for GMP computerized systems and data integrity.
• Act as change driver within QMS and support site inspection readiness.
• Lead governance discussions on data integrity and system validation.
• Develop and maintain training on computerized systems validation and data integrity.
• Resolve regulatory non-conformances affecting cGMP computerized systems.
• Represent DDQ in site and above-site meetings as needed.
