Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Principal Data Analyst in its Customer Technical Success (CTS) Data & Analytics team in Dublin. You will lead analyses of how customers use digital and assisted support, turning evidence into actionable recommendations to improve customer outcomes and operations.

You will work with SQL, GenAI tools and BI (Power BI) to assess data quality and uncertainty, and communicate findings to senior stakeholders across the CTS organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
• Experience analysing digital customer support journeys using Intercom (Fin AI) or a comparable platform.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large/complex datasets.
• Ability to assess how digital and human support affect customer outcomes.
• Ability to solve ambiguous problems and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience using AI or GenAI tools in analytical workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management and data storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with BI or data visualization tools, such as Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Frame high-value business questions with leaders and define success measures.
• Analyze customer journeys across self-service, search, chat and assisted support.
• Lead analysis from problem definition to recommendations.
• Use advanced SQL to combine and validate data from diverse sources.
