Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking a Data Centre Controls Engineer to manage BMS/EPMS across the campus in Clondalkin. You will be the main contact for BMS/EPMS issues, oversee maintenance, fault finding, and drive energy efficiency with the CE teams.

The role requires 5+ years in controls with HVAC bias in critical environments, strong communication, and willingness to work 24/7 as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Controls experience in programming, development, start up, and commissioning of Building Management systems, Energy Management Systems, central plants, air handling units, and evaporative cooling/humidification systems.
• Electrical/Mechanical Technician level with HVAC bias in critical environments.
• Read/interpret complex automatic control logic, PLCs, BMS/EPMS, integration in critical env.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact relating to the BMS/EPMS and other control systems across the Campus for the client & CBRE Team.
• Oversee operation, maintenance and repair of all Controls related critical environment systems to maintain uptime.
• Prioritize activities and keep stakeholders updated in conjunction with CE Teams.
