Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Clondalkin is seeking a Data Centre Controls Engineer (BMS/EPMS) to support the campus-wide critical environment 24/7.

You will provide technical and application support to CBRE staff and Client Chief Engineers on BMS/EPMS, including new installs, retrofits, fault finding and maintenance system upgrades. You will lead technical supervision of control systems, coordinate with CE teams, and ensure high uptime, safety and quality across the data centre campus.

Qualifications

5+ years controls experience in programming, development, start up, and commissioning of BMS/EPMS and related systems.
Experience in a critical environment with electrical and mechanical systems.
Ability to read and interpret PLC logic, control wiring diagrams and BMS/EPMS integration.

Responsibilities

Be the main point of contact for BMS/EPMS and other control systems across the campus.
Ensure 100% uptime of critical environment systems and supervise operation, maintenance and repair.
Drive energy efficiency and support ISO50001 energy management standards.
Develop and approve operational documentation (EOPs, SOPs, MOPs, drills).
Provide detailed incident reports and monthly performance reports.
