Job summary

E-Frontiers in Maynooth, Ireland is seeking a BMS Engineer to lead development and validation of Building Management System solutions during tendering and pre-construction for international data centres, logistics hubs, and GMP-compliant facilities.

The role requires strong controls engineering, system architecture, regulatory compliance, and experience coordinating with multidisciplinary design teams, with a focus on scalable BMS concepts and cost-effective submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automation or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in BMS or controls engineering.
• Experience in data centres, GMP facilities or logistics/industrial developments.
• Experience on international projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review ERs, specs and tender docs for BMS packages.
• Develop BMS concepts and system architecture aligned with project requirements.
• Prepare technical submissions, compliance matrices and clarifications.
• Define scope of works and support cost estimation.
