Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment in Dublin is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist – Data Centres to lead technical delivery of major data centre projects in Dublin and across Europe. You will prepare detailed drawings, technical documents, and project specifications for high-profile clients, and ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations and internal standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and proven experience in data centre delivery.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years’ experience as an Architectural Technologist, with proven track record in data centre or similar large-scale technical projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and relevant design technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Irish construction methods and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills for managing complex projects and documentation.
• Direct experience and genuine interest in data centre project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of major data centre projects in Dublin and across Europe, overseeing everything from site delivery to project handover.
• Prepare detailed drawings, technical documents, and project specifications for high-profile clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure full compliance with Irish Building Regulations and internal quality standards.
• Manage all technical aspects, liaise with contractors and consultants, and resolve technical queries to drive project progress.
