Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced Architect/Architecture Technologist to lead multi-disciplinary design and engineering projects for Data Centre clients across the UK & Ireland and Europe. The role combines technical leadership with client relationship management and bid governance.

The position requires strong architectural design content, design management experience, and the ability to coordinate across multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Fully Qualified Architect or Architect/Technologist, Chartered or equivalent.
• Proven experience on Data Centre projects.
• Strong design management and delivery capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary design and engineering projects.
• Coordinate discipline leads across Architecture and Engineering deliverables.
• Lead bids commercially and technically for multi-disciplinary opportunities.
• Ensure internal governance and delivery on time and budget.
• Identify and secure targeted projects / revenue.
• Present to clients and prospective clients.
• Support sector leadership with strategy and governance.
