Job summary

QCS Staffing is seeking a Senior CSA SME to lead client-side capital projects in Cork. You will review Civil, Structural, and Architectural designs and provide technical governance from design through handover, ensuring compliance with site standards and regulatory expectations.

The role requires extensive experience in regulated pharma environments and on-site coordination with contractors in a state-of-the-art biopharma facility in Cork.

Qualifications

• Significant experience supporting client-side capital projects in regulated industries.
• Track record delivering projects from design through construction and handover.
• Experience with pharma/biopharma environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the client’s CSA technical lead and owner-side representative across capital projects.
• Review and challenge Civil, Structural, and Architectural designs from external consultants.
• Ensure designs meet objectives, site standards, and regulatory expectations.

Our client is currently seeking an Senior CSA SME.

What You'll Deliver

• Act as the client's CSA technical lead and owner-side representative across capital projects.
• Review, assess, and challenge Civil, Structural and Architectural designs produced by external engineering consultants and design houses.
• Ensure designs meet project objectives, operational requirements, site standards, and relevant regulatory expectations.
• Provide technical oversight and governance throughout the design phase prior to projects moving into tender.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in similar position supporting client side
• Proven track record of delivering capital projects from design through construction and handover
• Significant experience in Civil, Structural and Architectural engineering within highly regulated environments. (Pharma/Biopharma)
• Experience managing contractors and construction activities on site.
