Job summary

CBSbutler is seeking a CSA Lead based in Limerick, Ireland, to drive large-scale pharmaceutical and biopharma construction projects on-site. You will coordinate multi-discipline teams, manage schedules, and uphold GMP standards to ensure safety and efficiency on every phase.

The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years in pharma construction, an engineering degree (BEng or equivalent), and proven ability to lead complex projects while communicating clearly with contractors and operations teams.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working on GMP live sites


• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards in pharma/biopharma environments


• Construction or project management certifications

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Degree in Engineering (BEng or equivalent)


• Extensive experience in life sciences construction projects, with an emphasis on GMP standards and site safety
