Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of cost management principles and tools.
• Experience with cost estimation, cost control and final accounts in large infrastructure projects.
• Ability to interpret contracts, drawings and specifications for cost management.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of cost estimates for multidisciplinary railway projects.
• Review materials, payment certificates and final accounts.
• Monitor and advise on anticipated final project costs and contractual entitlements.
• Develop schedules of rates or Bills of Quantities.
