Cumming Group Ireland Ltd is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to join the Dublin team. You will manage commercial aspects of major infrastructure projects, support the NEC4 Project Manager, and lead a high-performing commercial team within the client organisation.

This hybrid role offers flexibility to work from home and the Dublin office. Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in commercial management on infrastructure, MRICS preferred, and strong knowledge of NEC/JCT forms.

Formación

• 7+ years of commercial management experience on high-value infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent pre- and post-contract cost management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead or support bid and tender preparation.
• Oversee day-to-day project delivery and operate autonomously.
• Monitor project budgets and resource utilisation.
• Ensure effective change control processes are applied.
• Deliver cost management outputs on time and within budget.
• Prepare budget estimates, cost plans, and client reports.
• Provide procurement and contract advice.
• Administer contracts, including valuations and forecasting.
• Support strategic initiatives across service lines.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to staff development.
• Ensure compliance with QA, H&S, and governance procedures.
• Engage in networking and client relationship development.
