Cumming Group Ireland Ltd is recruiting a Senior Cost Manager to join our Dublin team. You will lead commercial management on major infrastructure projects, support the NEC4 Project Manager, and oversee a high-performing cost team.

This hybrid role offers flexibility to work from home and in our Dublin office. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of cost management experience, MRICS preferred, and a proven track record on road or infrastructure schemes.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10+ years of commercial management experience, with at least 5 years on high-value road and/or infrastructure projects.
• Degree qualified in construction, quantity surveying, cost management, engineering, or other RICS-accredited fields.
• MRICS (or equivalent) preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of NEC and JCT forms of contract.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
• Excellent pre- and post-contract cost management experience.

• Ensure compliance with internal QA, H&S, and client governance procedures.
• Engage in networking and client relationship development.

This role will involve working as part of a team responsible for the commercial management of major infrastructure projects across Ireland. You will support the NEC4 Project Manager by providing strategic direction and overseeing a high-performing commercial management team within the client organisation.
