Job summary

Cumming Group Ireland Ltd in Dublin seeks a Commercial Manager to join our Dublin-based team. You will lead commercial management of major infrastructure projects, support the NEC4 Project Manager, and oversee a high-performing commercial team.

This is a hybrid role with work-from-home flexibility. The role requires at least 10+ years in commercial management on high-value projects, a relevant degree, and MRICS (or equivalent) preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction, quantity surveying, cost management, engineering, or equivalent.
• MRICS (or equivalent) preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support bid and tender activity for major infrastructure projects.
• Oversee day-to-day project delivery and budget monitoring.
• Provide procurement and contract advice and administer contracts.
• Mentor junior team members and support staff development.
• Ensure QA, H&S and governance procedures are followed.
