Job summary

INFORM3 Recruitment seeks an experienced Contracts Manager for a leading Midlands-based main contractor. You will oversee multiple projects across commercial and large-scale residential sectors, manage Site Managers and Project Managers, drive performance, and ensure delivery on programme and within budget while upholding safety standards.

Lead procurement, commercial governance and client relationships, reporting to senior management and contributing to the growth of a strong Midlands portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Contracts Manager or senior construction role.
• Proven ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong background in commercial construction or large-scale residential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of multiple construction projects across the Midlands.
• Manage Site Managers, Project Managers and wider site teams.
• Ensure delivery within budgets, programmes and quality standards.
