Careeriser Limited is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager for a main contractor in Central Dublin. You will lead project delivery teams, manage all construction activities, and ensure programs and budgets are met.

With 10+ years post-qualification experience and main building contractor background, you will drive safety, design collaboration, and resourcing to support large-scale, new-build projects. Excellent leadership, cost control, and communication with design teams are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project delivery teams with full responsibility for all construction activities.
• Deliver projects in line with agreed programmes and budgets, maintaining a detailed understanding of project plans and cost controls.
• Collaborate closely with design teams to ensure seamless design development and installation.
• Champion a strong health and safety culture through the implementation of safe working practices and compliance with company standards.
• Drive continuous improvement across project teams by implementing best practices and operational efficiencies.
• Manage project resourcing, ensuring teams have the right skills, motivation, and leadership in place.
• Develop, retain, and identify future talent to support current and future project requirements.
