Job summary

Inform3 Recruitment is seeking a Construction Planner for a Tier 1 contractor in Ireland. Based in Dublin, you will manage the programming from procurement to final account, ensuring projects stay on or ahead of programme and reporting to the highest standard.

You will liaise with clients and internal teams, produce high-quality programmes, and perform site visits to assist planning matters. Reporting to the Head of Construction, this role requires strong communication skills and 3+ years in

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of construction planning experience.
• Experience at tender and contract stages.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6.
• Good understanding of the construction process.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality programmes of work meeting deadlines and expectations.
• Provide guidance and assistance to sales and support team.
• Take ownership / responsibility for relevant assigned projects.
• Liaise with external customers and internal team.
• Regular reporting on project progress to management team and portfolio analysis.
• Monitor progress of programmes and highlight areas of concern with site teams and propose mitigations.
