Job summary

Inform3 Recruitment is seeking a Construction Planner for a Tier 1 contractor in Ireland. Based in Dublin, you will manage the programming from procurement to final account, ensuring projects stay on or ahead of programme and reporting to the highest standard.

You will liaise with clients and internal teams, produce high-quality programmes, and perform site visits to assist planning matters. Reporting to the Head of Construction, this role requires strong communication skills and 3+ years in

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of construction planning experience.
• Experience at tender and contract stages.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6.
• Good understanding of the construction process.

Planner Dublin €80-85k

Inform3 are working alongside an award-winning Tier 1 Contractor who is looking to recruit a Construction Planner to provide support and interface with other departments during all phases of their projects nationwide.

Reporting to the Head of Construction, you will manage the programming aspect of projects from procurement to final account stage, ensuring projects stay on or ahead of programme and are continuously monitored and reported to the highest standard.

The Role

• Producing programmes of a high quality which meet Company & Client expectations, within time allocated and in line with project deadlines.
• Providing guidance and assistance to sales and support team.
• Taking ownership / responsibility for relevant assigned projects.
• Liaising with external customers and internal team.
• Liaising with equipment manufacturers/suppliers as and when required.
• Regular reporting on project progress to management team on a project and portfolio analysis basis
• Monitor progress of programmes and highlight areas of concern with site teams, proposing mitigation measures where required.
• Regular site visits to assist site teams with planning matters.
• Report any planning issues to the senior project manager and site management team

What you need

• Must be able to demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of construction planning experience.
• Experience at both the tender and contract stages of projects
• Good knowledge of Primavera 6
• Possess a good understanding of the construction process and how a project comes together.
• Strong communication skills
