Job summary

Aureol Global Connections is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects from inception to successful completion in our engineering and construction portfolio.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget and resources, provide leadership to project teams, and serve as the main liaison to clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction. A strong track record in delivering projects and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Extensive project management experience in engineering or construction.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, organizational and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in managing budgets, timelines and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects, ensuring goals are met within defined timelines and budgets.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, risk assessments, and resource allocation.
• Guide and mentor project teams, fostering an environment of collaboration and professional growth.
• Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating clear communication and addressing any concerns.
• Monitor project progress through regular reviews, adapting plans as necessary to address challenges and changes.
• Manage project financials, including budget forecasts, expenditures, and profitability analysis.
• Conduct performance evaluations and reporting on project outcomes for stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all project stages.
