Job summary

Aureol Global Connections is seeking two experienced Design Managers in Ireland to lead design initiatives from conception to execution. You will oversee a team of designers, collaborate with project managers, engineers and clients, and ensure designs meet client objectives and industry standards.

The ideal candidates bring a strong leadership background, a robust design portfolio, and the ability to drive innovative solutions across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in design/architecture/engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a design management role within construction or engineering.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design team in developing innovative and effective design solutions for various projects.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to establish design briefs and specifications.
• Oversee the entire design process, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Review and approve design proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and project objectives.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and contributions.
