Job summary

Invesco in Dublin seeks a Senior Compliance Executive / Compliance Manager to safeguard and shape the firm's regulatory framework in Ireland. You will partner with the Head of Compliance Ireland, coordinate Central Bank responses, and drive governance and AML oversight across the organization.

The role offers exposure to regulatory change initiatives, reporting, and executive stakeholder engagement, with a focus on building a proactive compliance culture across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Compliance or related role within Funds or Asset Management.
• Strong knowledge of the Irish regulatory framework (UCITS, CP86, AML, Fitness & Probity, Individual Accountability).
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and apply them in a practical business context.

Responsibilities

• Support the Regulatory Compliance framework and governance responsibilities with the Head of Compliance Ireland.
• Coordinate responses to regulatory enquiries and Central Bank of Ireland requests with internal stakeholders.
• Engage with internal/external stakeholders to drive regulatory and compliance actions.
• Oversee operational risk events and compliance-related incidents, with escalation and reporting.
• Review management information to identify trends, risks, and areas needing attention.
• Oversee AML/CTF framework compliance and related obligations.
• Provide day-to-day compliance guidance translating regulations into practical solutions.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise on implementation impact.
• Prepare compliance reports for senior management and governance bodies.
• Maintain and enhance Compliance policies to align with regulatory expectations and Invesco standards.
• Support Fitness & Probity and Individual Accountability assessments, monitoring, and training.
• Design and deliver targeted compliance training to promote a strong culture of compliance.
