AXA XL is hiring a Compliance Analyst, Conduct Risk in Dublin, Ireland for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will oversee and improve key Conduct processes within Compliance, supporting product approvals and complaints oversight, while working with a multinational team to adapt to regulatory changes affecting the business.

The Compliance Analyst will be responsible for overseeing, maintaining and actively improving key Conduct processes within the Compliance team. As the Compliance Conduct Lead, ideally you will have good knowledge of local legislation and an understanding of the Insurance Compliance landscape in particular product approval and Conduct Risk. Experience in cross border environments and Non Life Insurance is an advantage. This is a CF2 role under the CBI F&P regime.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Compliance & Regulatory Affairs.
