Orpen Franks Solicitors LLP is recruiting a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join its property team at Burlington Road, Dublin 4. This is a senior appointment for an established lawyer who wants autonomy, serious work and a route to Of Counsel or partnership.

Orpen Franks Solicitors LLP property practice acts for institutional investors, retail operators and developers on transactions that run from site acquisition and development through financing, letting and asset management to disposal. The work is technical and the team is built around quality of analysis, careful legal consideration and precise drafting.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for their own client relationships and transactions and work directly with the partners on the firm’s larger deals. They are looking for a solicitor with eight to ten years post qualification experience in commercial property in Ireland, excellent technical ability, a record of running substantial transactions to completion and a following or demonstrable capacity to build one.

The role carries real autonomy and real responsibility from the outset.
