Job summary

The role requires at least 5 years PQE in both sectors, strong drafting and client communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team and align with the firm’s culture.

Responsibilities

• Advice on all areas of commercial and residential property transactions.
• Experience in drafting, negotiation and reviewing commercial leases and corporate agreements.
• Landlord and tenant advice and residential purchases and sales.
• Research and analyse documents and case law to ensure accuracy of advice and procedure.
• Advising clients on matters including property purchase, sale and financing, registrations, letting, joint ventures, landlord and tenant matters.
• Working with business/commercial/corporate and finance teams acting for lenders and borrowers on a range of transactions.

Sherwin O'Riordan LLP are looking for a 5+ years qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial (specifically the negotiation of leases) and residential property. Sherwin O'Riordan Solicitors have an opportunity for an experienced Commercial and Residential Property Solicitor to join their busy and expanding team in Dublin office.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years post qualification experience in both commercial and residential property, and
• The ability to work within a team and on its own initiative as required.

The role includes:

• Advice on all areas of commercial and residential property transactions
• Experience in drafting, negotiation and reviewing commercial leases and corporate agreements
• Landlord and tenant advices and residential purchases and sales
• Research and analyse documents and case law to ensure accuracy of advice and procedure.
• Advising clients on various matters including property purchase, sale and financing, registrations, letting, joint ventures, landlord and tenant matters.
